He holds a Ph.D. in Science from Pusan National University and is the Director of the Neurofeedback Education Research Institute. He serves as the Director of the Yang Seung-taik Future Strategy Center at Tongmyong University. He developed NEURO BALANCE EEG (Patent No. 10-1817834). He gave special lectures on Neuroscience upon invitation from the Malaysian Ministry of Education and the Korean Constitutional Government Association (National Assembly). He is a recipient of the New Intellectual of the Republic of Korea Award and served as the Vice Chairman of the Judging Committee for the New Intellectuals Association.
