She is a Poet who received the New Writer Award from the quarterly magazine Culture and Literature Times, along with the Work Prize and Artist Prize. She received the Grand Prize (Highest Honor) at the 14th Baekryeon Poetry Recitation Artist Award. She is the recipient of the Korea Culture and Arts Grand Prize (Tea Culture Education Grand Prize) and the Busan PEN Literary Writer's Award. She serves as the Vice President of the Ieodo Literary Association. She formerly served as an Editorial Committee Member for the Dong-gu Newspaper. She served as the Busan Secretariat Director and is currently the Vice President of the Busan Regional Committee of the International PEN Korean Center. She is the Head of the Kkotbi Branch of the Busandongnae Chabalgol.
