He serves as a Judge for the Korea Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association. He has held 4 solo exhibitions. He was designated an Invited Artist for the National Calligraphy and Painting Arts and Culture Grand Exhibition in 1987. He received the Daejongsa (Grand Master) Dharma Rank from the Korean Buddhist Patriarchs Council. He is an Invited Artist for the Korea-China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exchange Exhibition in Japan, France, Germany, Los Angeles, and Asia. He serves as the Head Monk (Juji) of the Geum-eosa Temple at Busandongnae Chabalgol.
