She completed a free education program in Welding at Changwon Polytechnic College. She worked at the Hyundai Comprehensive Metal Welding Research Institute for 7 years, gaining extensive practical experience. She performed highly complex welding operations, including G·6 classification, impact value, and tensile strength testing. She holds a Master Craftsman Welder qualification and is a Special Grade certified Mechanical Equipment Construction Specialist. She has dedicated herself to fostering young talent as a Welding Instructor at a Vocational School. She is also active in the Gyeongsangbuk-do Skill Alumni Association and participates in technical volunteer work.
