She graduated from Jeju National University with a major in Fine Arts Education (Western Painting). She has held 9 solo exhibitions, including one at the Seoul Arts Center, and participated in over 280 group exhibitions, including the Montfleury Invitational Exhibition in France. She has won over 50 awards, including a Special Selection at the Grand Prize Art Exhibition of the Republic of Korea. She is an Invited Artist for the Korean Artists Association, the National Veterans Culture and Arts Association, Samseonghyeon, Solgeo, and Saehayan exhibitions. She is a member of the Korean Fine Arts Association (KFAA), the Halla Fine Arts Association, the Korea Folk Painting Association, and the International André Malraux Association. She holds the title of Master of International Culture and Arts in Folk Painting (Minhwa), and is the President of the Artists Association. She was a Residency Artist at the Lee Jung Seop Art Museum Creation Studio in 2023.
