Kim Jong-seung is the CEO of Dasan Stone Construction and a master artisan specializing in funeral and burial site creation, possessing expertise in both traditional techniques and modern management.

He is a recognized expert in traditional stone architecture and cultural heritage repair.

He holds National Technical Qualifications as a Stonemasonry Engineer and Stone Craftsman, along with Cultural Heritage Repair Technician certifications in stone processing, stacking, and structural lifting. In 1976,

he participated in the production and restoration of the Seokgatap Pagoda at the Gyeongju National Museum, and has appeared on media broadcasts such as SBS 'Morning Wide'. Furthermore,

he served as a committee member for the National Qualification Exam for Cultural Heritage Repair Technicians, overseen by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
