He serves as the Head of the Operation Committee for the World Culture and Arts Grand Exhibition and the Director of the Chodang Taegeuk Calligraphy Institute. He has served as an Operation Committee Member, Director, and Head of the Entire Judging Committee for the Grand Prize Art Exhibition of the Republic of Korea. He is an Advisory Professor for the National Assembly Calligraphy Association, the Korean Constitutional Government Association, and the KBS Alumni Association. He served as a Co-host and Operation Committee Member for the Korea-China Parliamentarians and Officials Calligraphy Exhibition. He was the Korean Representative Chairman for the Peking University Yan Yuan Cup Calligraphy Exhibition. He is a Visiting Professor at Fudan University (Shanghai) and the Sichuan United Arts University. He is the recipient of the Order of Cultural Merit (Jade Crown) and the Grand Prize (Main Award) at the Republic of Korea Artist Awards.
